Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents with memory loss. You will design Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and dignity through resident-centered programming.

You will lead engaging activities, tailor routines to cognitive abilities, and collaborate with team members and volunteers to support participation and quality of life for seniors in memory care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
