Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful programs for residents with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills, tailor activities to individual interests, and foster meaningful daily engagement within a supportive team.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, documentation per quality standards, and collaboration with staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
