Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to develop and implement individualized Life Skills programs for residents with memory loss. You will engage residents in meaningful routines and manage enrichment clubs, tours, and activities tailored to cognitive abilities.

The role requires memory care experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt activities. Join a team focused on quality of life for seniors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 21+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
