Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create meaningful activities for memory-impaired seniors. You will develop personalized life skills, run enrichment clubs, and tailor programs using resident profiles and ISPs.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, documenting participation, maintaining stations, and assisting residents to activities. A high school diploma and strong communication are required; 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
