Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create meaningful Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will develop personalized activities, guide groups, and document participation to meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors, strong communication, and the ability to tailor activities to cognitive ability. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
