Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will develop personalized activities, foster routines, and lead enrichment clubs to promote dignity and connection.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, collaboration with teams and volunteers, and documenting participation to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
