Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will lead engaging activities and tailor programs to individual abilities, fostering purpose and dignity.

Responsibilities include planning, documenting participation, coordinating volunteers, and guiding residents to events, while maintaining supplies and stations and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
