Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for a part-time, 10:00am-6:00pm shift in Mentor, OH. The role pays $18-$24.50 per hour and focuses on creating a warm, homelike environment for residents, guiding meals, and providing engaging activities.

You will be part of a supportive team with benefits and opportunities to grow within the organization, while ensuring resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• English communication at least 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and falls.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsabilités

• Be a Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, homelike, tidy atmosphere in memory care.
• Be a Mealtime Maven: assist in dining, guide residents to participate as a family.
• Be a Snack Specialist: ensure residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Be a Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
