Arrow Senior Living in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker (Part-Time) to support residents in a warm, homelike memory care environment. You will assist during meals, help with daily living tasks, and keep common areas tidy.

Responsibilities include guiding family-style dining, providing snacks and hydration, and engaging residents to enhance quality of life. Requirements: 18+, HS diploma, English fluency; benefits include 401(k) match, health insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Professional appearance and conduct required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Keeper of the Home, creating a tidy, homelike atmosphere in memory care.
• Serve and guide family-style dining, engaging residents as a team.
• Ensure snacks and hydration opportunities three times daily.
• Act as a Caring Connector, providing meaningful resident engagement.
