Arrow Senior Living in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for a part-time schedule. The role centers on creating a warm, homelike environment in memory care, including dining duties, setting tables, and engaging residents in family-style meals.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read/write English at an 8th‑grade level. A positive, energetic attitude and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Formación

• At least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, tidy, homelike atmosphere in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: assist dining and guide residents to participate in family-style meals.
• Snack Specialist: ensure snacks and hydration are offered three times daily.
• Caring Connector: actively engage residents with meaningful activities.
