Cedarhurst Living in Arnold, MO, seeks a Memory Care Director to lead the Memory Care neighborhood, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance.

You will build a strong care team, liaise with residents and families, and collaborate with clinical, dining, and enrichment teams to deliver safe, compassionate leadership and engaging life enrichment activities.

Qualificações

• Three (3) years of nursing experience in a senior care community with proven leadership and organizational skills preferred.
• LPN license preferred but not required; CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood, ensuring compliance and high resident/family satisfaction.
• Direct and monitor delivery of individualized care and services with accurate care plans and timely assessments.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing resident care team with training and retention strategies.
• Serve as primary liaison for residents, families, staff, and external partners; maintain timely communication.
