Job summary

Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Supervisor for the Cottage to plan, organize, and direct operations in memory care programming, ensuring resident engagement and clinical oversight. You will report to the Wellness Director and support family and resident needs on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes person-centered programming, collaboration with care teams, and adherence to Civitas policies, with on-call supervision and daily KPI focus for engagement and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior living or memory care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the general public.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute person-centered programming for Memory Care residents.
• Develop and implement activities that align with residents' abilities and needs.
• Document attendance and engagement outcomes in company systems.
• Supervise Cottage staff and provide on-call supervision as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to integrate engagement into daily resident life.
