Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. Memory Care division seeks a dedicated Memory Care Activity Coordinator to develop and oversee activities and wellness programs for residents. You will plan recreational, social, and lifelong-learning activities to foster engagement and personal growth within the community.

Collaborating with the Marketing Department, you will coordinate in-house events and support occasional external events while maintaining safety and organization in activity spaces and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering recreational or wellness programs.
• Ability to coordinate activities calendar and events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Occasional driving duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide programs and events that encourage engagement and socialization to support quality of life for residents.
• Provide hands-on involvement in programs during scheduled times.
• Coordinate feedback with charter members to ensure resident desires are understood.
• Prepare and distribute monthly activities calendar.
• Remind residents of daily activities via announcements or media.
• Escort residents to activities and facilitate socialization.
• Decorate and plan community events, including holidays and seasons.
• Maintain organized Activity Room and supplies, ensuring safe food storage when used.
