Job summary

Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Supervisor to plan, organize, and direct operations in our Memory Care Cottage, aligning resident needs with regulations and company policies. You will report to the Wellness Director and share accountability for resident engagement and clinical oversight.

The role emphasizes meaningful, person-centered programming, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and community partners to ensure safety, engagement, and high-quality memory care

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior living or memory care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and community officials.
• Compassion for and dedication to elderly residents.
• Computer literate with experience using care/engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute person-centered programming for memory care residents.
• Train and supervise Cottage staff on engagement techniques and dementia programming.
• Document attendance and engagement outcomes in company systems.
• Manage volunteers and community partnerships to enhance programming.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support individualized care plans.
• Monitor participation trends and adjust programming to maximize involvement.
