LCB Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Director for Maple Ridge of Essex in Essex Junction, VT. The role is full-time with a salary range of $68,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Reflections Program requires leadership to ensure high-quality care for residents with dementia, along with managing staff, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Great benefits are offered starting from day one, including health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualificações

• Experience with memory impairment population
• Knowledge of state/federal regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and supervise staff

Responsabilidades

• Promote mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living
• Grow community occupancy through positive engagement with potential residents and families
• Direct the Reflections Program and oversee staff performance and budgets
• Coordinate care planning and ensure confidential resident information
• Develop quality improvement and safety programs for residents and staff
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to review move-ins and outreach programs
