Koelsch Communities is seeking a Director of Resident Services for Maple Glen Memory Care in Glen Ellyn, IL. This role leads the resident services department, ensuring high-quality memory care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff management.

The position is full-time, exempt, with a salary range of $95,000–$100,000 per year, plus monthly bonus opportunities. On-site work with generous benefits and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state.
• Supervisory experience in geriatrics preferred.
• Drug-free; passes drug screening.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First-Aid certification as required.
• Criminal background check per state rules.

Responsabilités

• Direct the operation of the Community's resident services department.
• Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Evaluate residents' condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance needed.
• Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident services.
• Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
