Delaney at the Vale in Woburn, MA is hiring a Director of Memory Care to lead programming, coordinate with physicians, and champion family engagement. The role blends clinical oversight with compassionate leadership to enhance residents' quality of life.

The starting salary is $90,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation; comprehensive benefits include insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). This is a full-time on-site leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Memory care leadership experience required.
• Experience overseeing resident service plans and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Strong background in family communication and physician collaboration.
• Certification or licensure per state requirements.
• LPN licensure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee memory care programming and operations per Heartfelt Connections.
• Develop meaningful, individualized engagement opportunities promoting dignity and quality of life.
• Oversee resident assessments and service/care plans; coordinate with physicians and families.
• Lead education and development for memory care team; coach and mentor staff.
• Partner with nursing leadership to monitor clinical outcomes and communicate updates to families.
