Qualifications

• Experience managing memory care or dementia-focused programs.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulatory requirements.
• Valid drivers license and ability to drive community vehicle.
• Ability to hire, evaluate, and supervise staff.
• Strong budgeting and staffing planning.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Grow community occupancy by engaging with potential residents and families.
• Direct the Reflections Program and coordinate with Residence Care Director.
• Develop budgets and ensure safety and compliance for staff and residents.
• Plan and conduct family meetings, education sessions, and care seminars.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing for move-ins and partnerships.
