LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Reflections Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reflections Program, ensuring a therapeutic environment for residents with dementia. You will hire, evaluate, and supervise staff, coordinate care planning, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include budgets, quality improvement, family education, and collaboration with other departments to support move-ins, community outreach, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining quality of care.
• Knowledge of dementia care and state/local standards.
• Proficient with standard office software and scheduling/calendar tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living to residents and families.
• Direct the Reflections Program and coordinate with Residence Care Director.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, and training to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Develop quality improvement plans and safety programs for the program.
• Ensure proper documentation of services and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing and Resident Services to manage move-ins and outreach.
