Senior Resource Group-SRG seeks a Memory Care Director to lead the Enliven program, directing day-to-day operations, care planning, and budget management for residents with dementia. You will coordinate assessments, develop person-centered care plans, and liaise with health providers to ensure safe, high-quality service.

• Bachelor level education or higher required with relevant field.
• Experience managing dementia care programs and budgets.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for senior living.

Responsabilités

• Lead Enliven program operations, budgeting, and care planning.
• Coordinate assessments, service plans, and resident care levels.
