Senior Resource Group is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead the Enliven program and oversee daily operations within our senior living community. You will manage assessments, care plans, and service delivery while coordinating with healthcare partners and HR.

The role requires dementia care leadership, budget oversight, and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and resident well-being. A college degree and CPR/First Aid are essential, with preference for prior dementia unit experience.

Competenze

• College Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Background in senior living focusing on nursing, recreational, therapeutic programs or gerontology.
• Management leadership experience with staff supervision.
• Minimum one year in a dementia unit.
• First Aid / CPR certified.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of aging processes.

Mansioni

• Directs and coordinates the Enliven program and budget.
• Develops care plans addressing resident needs and services.
• Liaisons with healthcare providers, hospital staff, and community services.
• Reduces safety hazards and ensures regulatory compliance with ED and HR.
• Supervises Enliven staff, including hiring, evaluations and terminations.
• Oversees medication administration and storage as required by state law.
• Maintains resident service plans and coordinates with the sales team for pre-move-in assessments.
