Job summary

Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead the Enliven program in a Santa Barbara community. You will manage daily operations, guide care planning, and ensure outstanding resident services in collaboration with health professionals.

You will supervise staff, participate in budget planning, and maintain compliance with state laws while promoting person-centered dementia care. A college degree and dementia unit experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; healthcare-related preferred.
• Experience leading a dementia unit or memory care program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to train staff.
• Knowledge of state regulations and nursing practice acts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enliven program and manage day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate care planning, assessments and service plans for residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community partners.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor KPI metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
