Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or dementia care.
• Proven track record leading memory care or dementia programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the memory care neighborhood, including staffing and quality of care.
• Build individualized care and engagement plans based on resident history, preferences, and abilities.
• Plan and oversee a full calendar of life enrichment programming for residents with dementia.
• Supervise, train, and coach memory care and life enrichment staff.
• Meet regularly with families to share updates and address concerns.
• Track outcomes and lead quality improvement to keep the program compliant and effective.
• Manage the department's budget and supplies.
