Cedarhurst of Arnold is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead the Memory Care neighborhood, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee assessments, care planning, and life enrichment while guiding a dedicated care team and serving as the primary liaison for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience in a senior care community with leadership skills.
• LPN license preferred but not required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily Memory Care operations and ensure high resident and family satisfaction.
• Lead a high-performing care team, recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure care plans, assessments, and regulatory compliance are accurate and timely.
• Develop infection control, medication management, and safety policies.
• Coordinate with dining, clinical, and enrichment functions to deliver seamless service.
• Engage with residents and families, supporting community growth and enrichment activities.
• Oversee resident transportation, move-ins, and life enrichment programming.
