The Alden Network is seeking a Memory Care Director in Chicago to lead the holistic, person-centered Memory Care Program for residents with dementia. You will shape programming, supervise staff, and partner with families to ensure high-quality care.

You will coordinate training, develop census processes, and drive continuous improvement in dementia care services, while maintaining compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or four-year degree in relevant fields or RN.
• At least 1 year experience with Alzheimer’s/dementias.
• At least 2 years in management; 1 year as Activity Director.

Aufgaben

• Develop and monitor Memory Care Program on the unit.
• Lead and supervise memory care staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate schedules and cross-department collaboration.
• Provide ongoing dementia care training and orientation for staff.
