Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Life Enrichment Leader to oversee memory care activities and develop engaging programs for residents. This full-time role includes weekend rotations and managing staff, volunteers, and the monthly activity calendar.

You will assess resident needs, coordinate group, individual and one-to-one activities, and ensure proper documentation and compliance while maintaining dignity and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of working with the elderly required.
• Minimum one year management experience.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and develop life enrichment activities for residents.
• Assess residents for appropriate activities (group, independent, one-to-one).
• Prepare and submit assessments and other required paperwork for MDS.
• Lead activities on scheduled work days.
• Oversee payroll submission, budgeting, and staffing for the department.
