This role covers training, program standards, and ongoing compliance with state regulations, while coordinating with the management team on therapeutic programming and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of dementia care experience; at least 1 year with dementia patients.
• Active certifications: Activities Director, CTRS, Dementia Practitioner or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Memory Care Neighborhood.
• Train, develop, and ensure program compliance with Flourish standards.
• Collaborate with management to plan therapy programming and occupancy goals.
• Oversee dementia-care programs and staff education.
