Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead the Memory Care neighborhood, oversee resident assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with department heads to maintain a safe, engaging environment.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care, guiding a high-performing team, and serving as the main liaison for residents and families while supporting hospital-to-community transitions and life enrichment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing leadership experience in a senior care setting.
• LPN license preferred but not required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Memory Care neighborhood and ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Collaborate with department heads to maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment.
• Direct and monitor individualized care plans, assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and retain a strong resident care team.
• Liaise with residents, families, and external partners to ensure clear communication.
