Meridian Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Director to lead the Memory Care Neighborhood, ensuring high-quality resident care and engaging activities. You will oversee daily operations, promote resident safety, and uphold regulatory standards across the program.

The role requires experience in healthcare settings, especially with seniors and cognitive decline, strong communication, and leadership skills. Meridian emphasizes integrity, joy, respect, and excellence in its culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2–3 years or more in caring for senior adults and cognitive decline is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and officials.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident care and activity needs and manage the Memory Care Neighborhood operations per regulations and Meridian policies.
• Model validation, encourage residents’ socialization, and help residents feel safe and purposeful.
• Maintain a physical, social, and psychological environment conducive to residents' welfare and interests.
• Support in training and staff development within the Memory Care Program.
