Job summary

The Addison of Gulf Breeze is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director to lead Memory Care activities and programming for residents in a compassionate, safety‑minded environment. You will train staff, schedule monthly calendars, and ensure adherence to safety policies while engaging families and residents with meaningful programs across dedicated memory care spaces.

This role requires CPR/First Aid certification and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification maintained and up to date.
• Bachelor’s degree or college credits completed; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
