Job summary

Curry House Assisted Living & Memory Care in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director to lead memory care activities. You will develop a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences and train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.

You will ensure resident safety, communicate with families, and conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families when needed. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
