Job summary

The Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) at The Addison of Panama City Beach leads the monthly activity calendar and staff training to enhance resident engagement. This role ensures safety and guides family education, maintaining high standards of memory care.

Responsibilities include tours for prospective residents, collaboration with the care team, and upholding policies to create a safe, supportive environment for memory-impaired residents.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following safety policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
