Job summary

The Addison of Grayson, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead monthly programming, train staff, and ensure resident safety.

Develop calendars based on resident preferences, communicate with families, and provide ongoing education. Requires CPR/First Aid; college credits required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families when necessary.
