Job summary

The Ashton at the Greens, a Sonida Senior Living community in Saint Augustine, FL, is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director to lead memory care activities and monthly programming for residents. You will train new staff, ensure a safe environment, and collaborate with families to provide education and support.

This role offers meaningful work, ongoing training, and a collaborative team culture. Experience in senior care and CPR/First Aid certification are desirable; a college background is

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
