Job summary

The Addison of Panama City Beach, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director to lead memory care activity programming and enhance resident engagement.

In this role you will train staff, schedule monthly calendars, ensure safety, and communicate with families while maintaining compliance with care standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
