The Addison of Gulf Breeze, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director to lead memory care activities and develop monthly programming aligned with resident preferences. This role oversees staff training and ensures safety in daily operations.

Responsibilities include communicating with families, providing ongoing education, and conducting tours for prospective residents when needed. Minimum CPR/First Aid certification and college credits are required; a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• College credits required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
