Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Manager to provide leadership for our Memory Care neighborhood of 44 residents. You will oversee the delivery of person-centered care, resident and family support, and staff engagement across Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living areas.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years related experience in long term care/assisted living.
• Experience providing services for residents with cognitive impairment.
• Knowledge of geriatric population needs and aging process.

• Provide leadership and oversight for Memory Care neighborhood serving 44 residents.
