Salary ranges $70,200 to $80,600 annually, with up to $4,000 in annual performance bonuses. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, with weekend rotation. Join a team focused on quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (degree in related field preferred).
• Minimum of two years’ experience in dementia care or related field.
• Leadership experience as a Director in a specialized dementia program preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Conductor of Culture: ensure staff embrace hospitality and professionalism per core values.
• Talent Trainer: onboard and train team following policies and laws.
• Program Pioneer: manage Memory Care programs to promote wellbeing for residents.
• Curator of Care: manage personalized care needs and family expectations.
