You will build a supportive culture, coordinate with families and the care team, implement programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding Arrow's standards. Salary ranges from $70,200 to $80,600 per year, with up to $4,000 in annual performance

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in dementia care or related field.
• Leadership experience in a director role is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.

• Conductor of culture: foster hospitality and professionalism among memory care staff.
• Talent trainer: onboard and train team while ensuring policy compliance.
