University Living in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Wellness Director to lead resident care and supervise the Wellness team. The role requires RN or LPN licensure in good standing and a minimum of two years in assisted living memory-care settings.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $96,000 with up to $4,000 annual bonuses. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with weekend on-call. This is a full-time, on-site position at 2865 S Main St, Ann Arbor.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise care staff.
• Strong communication with physicians, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of memory-care standards and regulations.
• Experience with care planning and resident assessments.
• Ability to maintain compliant regulatory documentation.

Responsabilités

• Direct and maintain exceptional quality of care for residents.
• Provide oversight, training, motivation, and team building to Wellness staff.
• Oversee department compliance and budget per state guidelines/Arrow policies.
• Coordinate medication management and care plans.
• Report status to Executive Director and participate in strategic planning.
