Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Director of Memory Care in Newburgh, IN to lead daily operations and ensure compassionate, resident-centered care. You will collaborate with the leadership team, manage budgets, coordinate trainings, and engage with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care or dementia care required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate programs.
• Proficiency with EHR and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Memory Care residents by direct care staff with person-centered care.
• Build relationships with residents and families through meetings and care plans.
• Monitor expenses to align with budgets and suggest cost savings.
• Market the community via tours, events, and local engagements.
• Provide dementia-related training to staff.
• Collaborate with departments and external partners to support leadership functions.
• Lead in accordance with company policies and Primrose Core Values.
