Job summary

Westmont of Carmel Valley, part of Westmont Living, Inc., seeks a full-time Memory Care Director to lead the memory care program for residents and families. The role requires managing and supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of care in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have memory care and assisted living experience, be fluent in English, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience working in memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).
• Able to exhibit good business judgment and interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to exercise discretion and independent judgement with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents

• Assisted Living Experience preferred.

• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
