Westmont Living at The Oaks at Paso Robles is seeking a full-time Memory Care Director to lead and oversee memory care programming and staff within an Elegant, Social Lifestyle community. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a dedication to resident dignity and well-being.

As part of Westmont Living, you will work with a team committed to compassionate care, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents

• Assisted Living Experience preferred.

• Able to communicate written and orally in English.

• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid

• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.

• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, and coaching, and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

• Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
