Westmont Living is seeking a full-time Memory Care Director at Westmont of Carmel Valley to lead memory care programming, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, staff development, and collaboration with the broader assisted living team to maintain a high standard of service.

The position requires experience in memory care, English communication proficiency, CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days, and strong organizational and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, coaching.
• Strong business judgment and interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
