Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a Memory Care Director for Westmont of Carmel Valley in San Diego. The role leads memory care programs, ensures compliance with state/federal regulations, and partners with nursing and operations to deliver compassionate resident care.

You will supervise memory care staff, oversee care plans, provide training, and maintain a safe, meaningful environment for residents while promoting an elegant, resident-centered lifestyle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in memory care residents (minimum 1 year)
• Assisted Living experience preferred
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations governing memory care
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum) including hiring, training, coaching
• Strong business judgment with interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents

• Assisted Living Experience preferred.

• Able to communicate written and orally in English.

• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid

• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.

• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, and coaching, and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

• Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
