Job summary

Curry House Assisted Living & Memory Care in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director to lead the memory care activities program. You will develop monthly programming calendars, train staff, ensure resident safety, and communicate with families.

This role also involves conducting informative tours for prospective residents and their families as needed, and upholding safety policies to create a secure environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
