The Addison of Panama City Beach, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide quality care in a Assisted Living and Memory Care setting in Panama City Beach, Florida. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and activities planning, while maintaining residents' dignity and independence.

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication and other care, and supports residents to maintain independence
• Escorts residents within the building as needed
• Assists with serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• Helps plan and execute activities for residents on a regular basis
• Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
