Job summary

The Addison of Gulf Breeze is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead monthly programming aligned with resident preferences and to guide staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars. The role emphasizes safety, family communication and resident engagement.

Responsibilities include staff training, tours for prospective residents, and maintaining a high standard of care in a premier assisted living and memory care community in Gulf Breeze, FL.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• College credits are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families.
