Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years health-related experience including dementia care.
• Supervisory or management experience with dementia care staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule caregivers and med techs.
• Monitor resident care needs and alert Wellness Director.
• Coordinate care plans and negotiate service plans with families.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Document incidents and report to Wellness/Executive Director.
