Sunrise Senior Living in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will design activities that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments, while coordinating with the care team to support residents daily.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, staff collaboration, and documentation of participation to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
